Former President Bamir Topi has commented on Prime Minister Edi Rama's statement, who said that SPAK should not dare touch his phone.
Topi said that Rama's reaction is the result of an unstable psychological situation. He added that this is a reflection of the uncertainty that the prime minister feels about the investigations related to his positions and those of his associates.
"Rama's statement shows a deep insecurity. He cannot be calm about what is happening in his camp. When his associates are being investigated for many affairs, how is it possible that he is outside these investigations? If he says he is clean, then we must accept that he is incapable of managing his team ," the former president said.
Bamir Topi has suggested that Rama may claim that he is outside any investigation, but emphasizes that this may be a sign of his inability to exercise control over the people around him.
