Prime Minister Edi Rama has continued today with threats and attacks against the justice system. After yesterday's accusations, Rama has again attacked judge Hazbi Balliu.

The first attack on him took place on August 1st and was caused by a decision by a Tirana Administrative Judge regarding an illegal building, seized in 2022, for which the transfer in favor of the state was decided.

On June 18, the Commission for Confiscated Objects decided to transfer this object to the State Cadastre Agency, whose building was severely damaged by the 2019 earthquake. But Judge Balliu annulled this decision by imposing lawsuit insurance at the owner's request, and giving him 10 days to file a lawsuit.

Rama yesterday published the judge's reasoned decision and harshly attacked him for defending abusers. Today, he accused him of making the decision too quickly, claiming that he did not read the government's arguments at all.

" It didn't even take 10 minutes for Judge Balliu to come out against the state and side with the plaintiffs who built an entire building without a permit, which was confiscated as such and given to the State Cadastral Agency."

The materials that the institutions made available to Balliu require much more than 9 minutes to read, but of course the judge did not even read them because the fact that there were no victims in the old ASHK building, which was made unsafe by the earthquake, was enough for him, and thus, according to him, the work could continue under the falling ceilings, while the building without permission is being built, we see and do... ", he says.

Rama doesn't lose his temper, attacks the Administrative Court judge again

The attacks on him come after those on prosecutor Elsa Gjeli in Shkodra, who was attacked and anathema for the constructions in Theth. But the scandal is that the justice organs have kept their mouths shut. The High Judicial Council does not react and does not come to the judge's defense. As does the KLP.

The fact is clear that Rama wants to instill fear in the justice system so that no one will oppose him. So the rumors that Albania is sliding towards autocracy are not so unfounded. /Pamphlet
