The head of the PL, Ilir Meta, has accused Prime Minister Edi Rama of being involved in the international traffic of toxic waste.

In a statement to the media, Meta said that at the height of this scandal, Rama secretly reinstates the draft law on the import of garbage.

"Two major issues, one is alarming and scandalous, worrying international environmental and health organizations as well.

We are here to condemn the Rama government's secret return of the trash import bill, right at the height of the explosion of the scandal of Edi Rama's involvement in the international traffic of toxic waste.

Garbage has turned into a deep mine of corruption and the extortion of hundreds of millions of euros every day, but also the poisoning of Albanian citizens ", said Meta.
