Luçiano Boçi, vice president of the Democratic Party and political leader of this force in the Shkodra Region, has called on SPAK to investigate Prime Minister Edi Rama, as he is committing electoral crimes.
Boçi, referring to Rama's statements in Shkodra, said that threatening a voter to vote in a certain way or to participate or not in the elections constitutes a criminal offense and is punishable by three months to two years.

From Shkodra, which he shamefully abandoned, leaving him in the open with a handful of municipal administration, Rama did not spare insults and curses, even towards his own Bennett.
He labeled Bennett as WASTE.

He called on the people of Shkodran not to go to the polls if they do not vote for the SP, and to stay locked up at home, listening to Luciano Pavarotti performing the aria with which Rama identifies himself:

Article 329 of the Criminal Code clearly states:
"Threat or violence against election participants (Amended by Law No. 23/2012, dated 1.3.2012, Article 52)
Threatening a voter to vote in a certain way or to participate or not in the elections constitutes a criminal offense and is punishable by three months to two years.
Meanwhile, SPAK, instead of investigating and arresting Rama, is fueling his electoral crime by exploding and getting out of control in all forms.
