The creation of a government of technicians, which can act with professionalism and without the heavy burden of the political past...
Thirty years is a long time for a society that aspires to change and progress, especially when these three decades have seen the constant recycling of the same political figures. Albania today is at a political crossroads where every path trodden by traditional political figures inevitably leads to the recycling of a tired, consuming and harmful status quo for the country's development.
Names like Rama, Berisha, Meta or Mediu are no longer simply politicians, but symbols of a tired and compromised past that no longer offers any perspective for the future. They represent a system that feeds on crisis, a political cycle that wanders in itself without being able to bring about the required change.
It is time for a genuine elite turnover, not only as a political act but also as a philosophical necessity. In political philosophy, elite turnover is the vital mechanism for the renewal and regeneration of a society. Without this process, society stagnates and the political system becomes a lifeless pool, where only those who feed on stagnation and lack of perspective survive.
In the Albanian reality, where polarization and political conflict have become routine, a transversal movement is urgently needed, which transcends traditional ideological boundaries. This movement does not simply mean the creation of a new political force, but the interaction and cooperation of new and uncompromised elements within all existing forces. The goal should be the creation of a government of technicians, which can act with professionalism and without the heavy burden of the political past.
Even if the Socialists could gain the numbers in the elections, Rama's return as prime minister would be a major drama, which would continue the cycle of corruption, crime, and injustice that has plagued the country for too long.
If Albania wants to see the light at the end of the tunnel, it must dare to abandon the old ways. Transversal movement is not just a choice, but a necessity to stop the reproduction of the political crisis and to pave the way towards a real and functional democracy. It would be the fresh wind in a stagnant political environment, the source of new energy that could transform the country.
Metaphorically, Albania today resembles a fertile land, but one that has long been covered by heavy shadows, which do not allow new shoots to receive light and grow. The transversal movement is the hand that will remove these shadows of the past and will enable the new generation of political elite to come to light and build a different future.
Albania's political history has often been a story of recurring crises, with extreme personal protagonism and narrow interests. It is time for this story to end and a new chapter to begin where national interests and real development are above any personal interests.
One thing is certain: change can no longer come from those faces that have lost their moral and political credibility and power. The future of the country is in the hands of a transversal movement that will unite, not to preserve, but to change the Albanian political reality forever. / Pamphlet
