DP MP Klevis Balliu spoke at the national protest called by the DP.
Balliu said that this rally is the starting point of an irreversible revolt and victory.
" We have denounced for 12 years how a drug lord has stolen and impoverished Albanians. Today there are no medicines in hospitals ," he said.
"Let's arrest them and confiscate the assets they stole from you. When a country falls prey to gangs, it happens that businessmen are taken hostage. From this podium we will tell you that just as we did with criminals when we were in power, all gangs will have the same fate, they will have no place to hide, they will be arrested and go to prison.
Therefore, resistance is necessary. This is the starting point of an irreversible revolt and victory. I am proud to be one of you, to be part of the DP.
"We will reap victory, let's give each other our word that this will not end with a protest but with Rama's departure, a caretaker government, their arrest ," he said.
