The leader of the "Mundësia" Party, Agron Shehaj, has reacted to a post by Democratic MP Edi Paloka, where the latter shared a video saying that Shehaj is against rotation.
Shehaj accuses the DP MP of taking his statement out of context. The leader of the "Mundësia" Party said that Paloka is the person who stole the Democrats' votes when Shehaj was running for DP leader, against Lulzim Basha.
"Paloka stole the votes from the Democrats in the race for the presidency of the DP, now he is lying with these videos because he knows how, that is why he has continued to be at the head of the DP for 35 years, in this way, by lying," he emphasizes.
According to him, Albanians should not deal with these politicians, as their time has run out and they have run out of steam.
"They listened to me at Grida, I was saying that we don't just want political rotation but we want change and Paloka told that young man, grab, grab, lead, take those 3 seconds to lie to the Democrats, to tell them that Agron is done with Rama. What will Paloka do? Will he talk about the future? How and how to lie to the Democrats, after he stole the votes from the Democrats, in the race for the chairmanship of the DP, now he lies to them with these videos because he knows this way, that's why he continues to be at the head of the DP for 35 years, in this way, by lying.

The reason for the controversy between the two former colleagues was a statement by Shehaj regarding his departure from the DP. The leader of "Mundësia" says that his vision for change and not just rotation has led to parting ways with the Democratic Party. But after this statement by Shehaj, Paloka's supporters have reacted online, calling Agron Shehaj a hostage.
