Lulzim Basha has reacted to the assassination that shocked Shkodra this afternoon. He said that this crime is a strong alarm bell, which shows the surrender of the state to criminal gangs.

Basha says that the crime, made one with the state, is striking with impunity, bringing death and terror. Basha accuses Prime Minister Rama of being under the control of crime, as he calls for the institutions to react immediately to restore order and security in the country.

"Today Shkodra has been shaken by the hand of crime. Crime united with the state strikes with impunity, bringing death, terror and pain.
