President Donald Trump's Executive Order to block US foreign funding was interpreted by DP shills openly and by SP shills on fake profiles as an order that also blocked SPAK and BKH funds.
In fact, Trump's order to suspend US funding for partner organizations and structures in several countries relates only to gender equality programs, phantom media organizations, party academies, fictitious political, social, environmental, climate surveys, and animal protection.
The "Trump" administration will verify what concrete and influential effects these billions received by NGOs in the respective countries have had; among them 23 NGOs in Albania for 25 years, which are actually tools of parties and groups of thieves who deceive the public, recommended by the SP and DP governments.
The DP-SP mafia bosses should not rejoice, because it is not the American state funding that has been blocked for SPAK and BKH, but for the ghost NGOs of Linda Rama, Liri Berisha, Iris Luarasi, Olta Xhaçka, Dalina Fico, Klotilda Bushka, Eranda Shalsi, Argita Berisha, Baton Haxhiu and many others.
Donald Trump did not block US funding for SPAK and BKH; but 3 months ago, Edi Rama and Sali Berisha, in an agreement between themselves and through the deputies in the "Shalsi" commission, reduced the funds in the 2025 budget by 1.1 million Euros and the funds to increase the number of prosecutors and investigators.
For example, Sali Berisha, through MP Oerd Bylykbashi, told the SPAK representative: - "We cannot give endless funds to SPAK, to create some kind of financial and legal monster"; while Eduard Shalesi and the SP MPs silently approved.
There is no decision by Trump to cut off funding for SPAK and BKH.
Firstly, because these structures were created by his order during his first presidency; and secondly, within the American funds of the Special Prosecutor's Office of Albania, there is funding for the group of CIA experts; FBI, DEA and the US Treasury that are part of SPAK and BKH.
Not only is there no blockage or interruption of funds from the US, as Rama-Berisha dream, but according to information provided by "Pamfleti", the leaders of SPAK and BKH, for the years 2025-2030, have begun financing another 20 million USD Euros, for advanced equipment, training and secret collaborator agencies, in fulfillment of specialized activity to combat corruption and organized crime at high levels.
