After just a few months of the management of this institution by the PSD, this local institution for the entire District will now be managed by the socialists. In his speech before the members of the council, Ndou expressed that he will work with dedication with everyone for the benefit of the development of Shkodra District.
Ndou replaces Marina Duhani, who resigned in this position. She was appointed to this post in June 2023 as part of a SP-PSD pact for the local elections, where SP won for the first time in Shkodër.
PSD has insisted on taking this post, starting from the fact that at the district level, this political force has secured the largest number of councilors, 37, or one more than the SP. But it is learned that today she announced her resignation, but according to sources, it was an imposed resignation.
It is learned that Duhani resigned from his position while the Socialist Party group was finalizing the documentation for the dismissal of the head of the Shkodra District Council, where the absolute majority of signatures had been secured.
But it doesn't end there. It is learned that Rezarta Pode from the Illyrian Guard for Shkodra and the regional director of the ARRSH Ervin Sadiku have also submitted their resignations. Both are from the ranks of PSD.
