According to former Democratic MP Dashnor Sula, Sali Berisha is the right candidate to defeat Ogerta Manastirliu in the local by-elections for the Municipality of Tirana.
Sula expressed confidence that the democratic leader would win these elections.

Sula states that only with Berisha as the candidate for mayor of the capital will the opposition triumph, raising the hopes of the democrats.

Asked if Agron Shehaj has set a condition for a non-political candidate for the country's largest municipality, Sula replied: "I think that the majority, including me, will support Berisha. It is not possible for Shehaj to oppose Berisha ."
