The new Minister of Education, Mirela Kumbaro, met this Tuesday with the school directors of the Tirana district.

At the meeting with them, the minister also introduced the acting director of pre-university education, the English teacher who was Akap's deputy director, Irida Shulku, who takes the position after Rezarta Alla's departure due to a conflict of interest with textbooks.

But on Kumbaro's side, paradoxically, stands Deputy Minister Orjana Osmani, who has signed her own name as the author in the 11th grade literature text of one of the publishing houses, violating the law on preventing conflicts of interest.
