Today's parliamentary session was accompanied by tensions and clashes between the majority and the opposition, leading to the temporary interruption of proceedings.
The situation became tense after the Speaker of the Assembly, Niko Peleshi, interrupted the speech of opposition MP Flamur Noka. In response, opposition MPs blocked the rostrum, preventing the normal continuation of the session.
Afterwards, Peleshi gave the floor to SP MP Bora Muzhaqi, but the moment she started speaking, Democratic MP Elda Hoti approached her and took away her microphone card, causing a direct clash in the hall.
Taulant Balla also joined the debate, and had a heated exchange with Hoti. He addressed her with the words: " Let me tell you...", while the MP replied: "Why, who am I, your friend... Who are you?!".
Following these tensions, the parliamentary session was suspended for several minutes.
