The session in the Albanian Parliament was engulfed in chaos, as Parliament Speaker Niko Peleshi interrupted proceedings for several minutes, following a clash between ruling and opposition MPs.
After about 4 hours from the moment the Parliament's proceedings began, with debates between the parties about the risk of Iranian attacks or the Police's connections to crime, tensions engulfed the Parliament hall, after Peleshi communicated two disciplinary measures to Flamur Noka.
This was the moment when the DP deputies were taken to the Parliament podium and some of them, including Elda Hoti and Gazment Bardhi, went near the seats where the Socialist deputies were sitting.
At one point, Hoti took the card from Bora Muzhaqi, while Bardhi was debating with some of his socialist colleagues.
