From the moment SPAK raised the charges against Berisha, but especially after the request for arrest, former ministers, ministers, MPs and other officials have started to have trouble sleeping...
The ruling majority continues to add fuel to the fire of conflict ignited by Sali Berisha. The latter has started the so-called 'opposition action' for more than two months, an action which comes at a time when SPAK has filed a criminal charge against him.
But if we look carefully, it seems as if Berisha received a "hand" from Rama every week. Berisha needed an alibi after the accusations were raised by SPAK and the proposal was made for investigative commissions. SP rejected this request and that was enough. Berisha started the revenge to block the sessions, but also to send a message to SPAK, that he is a "strong bone" and does not fall easily.
For two months, the majority has not made any concessions to him, even Rama has made it clear in several media appearances that he will not sit down with him even if they go on a hunger strike. But as if that wasn't enough, Rama soon came up with a new theory: "Justice was brought by SP and not America".
Berisha himself accuses him of being the one who initiated SPAK to investigate, while Rama from the other side says that he initiated SPAK. So it seems like some kind of coordination. Berisha himself wanted so much and every time he goes out he says that Rama himself has admitted that he controls SPAK.
However, in order not to allow the fire to go out, SP continued with other schemes. One such was that of changing the Rules of the Assembly, toughening the punishments for deputies. Although the SP sold it as a move to discipline MPs, we all know that it will aggravate the situation. No MP will recognize the exemption and every week they will climb the bars of the Assembly and collide with the guards to get inside.
Last week, Lindita Nikolla made another move. He locked the door of the Assembly for over 1 hour and did not allow the deputies to enter, provoking more tension. In the end, the deputies entered, but the smokers continued and the session lasted 8 minutes, without changing.
But the maneuvers continued even today. SP has made sure that we have tension again in Thursday's session. Today, the law on Investigative Commissions was quickly adopted, a law which seals the non-establishment of commissions. The SP has set many conditions, making it impossible for the opposition in the following months to request an investigation on "X" specific issue. This will definitely fuel more tension.
But why is SP giving food to Berisha's action? Everything is done for the sake of justice. Although Berisha accuses Rama of having captured SPAK, in fact the prime minister has also been terrorized by the Special Prosecutor's Office. From the moment SPAK raised the charges against Berisha, but especially after the request for arrest, former ministers, ministers, MPs and other officials have started to have trouble sleeping. Many of them say that when "SPAK is hitting Berisha so hard, imagine what it has to do with us".
For this reason, socialists care that the situation is turbulent. As long as Berisha threatens, anathemas and attacks, he knows that SPAK has a hard time opening a new war front. There was talk these days that Ilir Meta would be arrested, but SPAK seems to have withdrawn because they are dealing with Berisha. It seems that this is Ramë's strategy: it will keep the prosecution busy and increase the political pressure on it.
It remains to be seen how long this work will last, as the way the waters look, there is no turning back for anyone. Berisha and many others, sooner or later, will have to bear responsibility for what they have done. / Pamphlet
