Democratic Party deputy Flamur Noka said that the procedure for removing the immunity of deputy Sali Berisha is clear evidence that the political situation in Albania is unprecedented.
He added that this is a political inquisition.
Noka attacks SPAK and says that they have a grudge against Berisha, since the former prime minister was extracting facts about the incinerators, especially the one in Tirana.
"We have Sali Berisha of the Democratic Party, Ilir Meta of the Freedom Party who is being attacked by SPAK, we also have Fatmir Mediu of PR who are being attacked by the political orders of Edi Rama.
So we have 3 leaders of the opposition parties who are being attacked by the judiciary at the command of the prime minister.
