At an electoral meeting in Velipojë, PSD leader Tom Doshi called on SPAK and BKH to investigate electoral crimes in Shkodra.
Tom Doshi said that the Municipality of Shkodra and the IKMT, which allow construction without criteria on the coast of Velipoja, "just a few days ago suspended the works and fined a needy family from Trush i Bërdica, even though the construction of the apartment was being done for charity."
"Electoral crimes are being committed in Velipojë, illegal constructions have been carried out in this area in exchange for votes. I call on the BKH and SPAK to deal with electoral crimes in Velipojë and in the Municipality of Shkodra", said the PSD leader.
Doshi called the mayor of Shkodra, Benet Beci, the man of the leader of the Democratic Party, Sali Berisha.
"We did not know that the person who is currently in charge of the Municipality of Shkodra was Sali Berisha's infiltrator. For 2 years, this man has done nothing in Velipoja, except destroy the premises and cause damage. There are still 3 scoundrels here, one is the Director of IKMT, the other works with OSHEE and exerts pressure in Velipoja. It is a great misfortune that Velipoja has fallen into their hands," he stressed.
