Opposition candidate in the May 11 elections, Lefter Maliqi, accuses the head of the CEC, Ilirjan Celibashi, of being the mastermind who led the May 11 election massacre at the behest of Edi Rama and Altin Dumani.
Maliqi reiterates the accusations of election manipulation in the Kuçova Municipality, the switching of ballot boxes, the Bulgarian train, the concealment of the decriminalization form, the secret room in the CEAZ, and the protection of Kreshnik Hajdari.
"Celibashi is an accomplice in the electoral massacre, but no one listened to me when I accused him of manipulating the elections in the Kucova Municipality, changing the ballot boxes, the Bulgarian train, hiding the decriminalization form, the secret room in the Kucova crime case, protecting Hajdar of Kucova, as this Hajdar protected all the Hajdars of Rilindja by committing an electoral massacre to the detriment of the opposition and democracy.
"His calmness shows and hides a major electoral crime. We will react to him as soon as possible because he is the head of the electoral crime on Rama's orders and Dumani's protection," Maliqi writes.
