Silva Caka, one of Ilir Meta's most trusted figures, has accepted the position of Deputy Minister of Interior in the Rama 4 government.
This move has sparked numerous reactions, especially for the inclusion of an opposition name in the government cabinet.
Nikoll Lesi has described Caka as a figure of integrity, but did not rule out the possibility that this is a political diversion. According to him, even though the Socialist Party is expected to win the Tirana Municipality, the battle for every vote remains fierce in the absence of a credible opposition.
"Silva Caka does not have a bad public image. Rama has found a character with integrity from among the opposition. It could also be a diversionary move."
"Even though we say that the SP wins the Tirana Municipality without any discussion, the battle is still for every vote and is fought until the last vote. But unfortunately, there is no opposition that inspires confidence," he told "News 24".
