The member of the National Council of PD Fatbardh Kadilli, has spoken about Berisha being taken as a defendant in SPAK. He said that this decision given by the special prosecutors will have a negative impact on the upcoming elections.
Kadilli told "Vizion Plus" that Berisha has become a burden to the candidates he has chosen as district leaders, who according to him will face great difficulties in the field.
He added that DP will lose deeply in the next elections.

-For Berisha, several years of investigations and 9 months of isolation by order of SPAK have passed. As of today, he is accused of passive corruption. What does this development mean in political terms?

There is no competition because the way the DP narrative is built, it has no chance of winning. PD will have the deepest loss because it is becoming Berisha's political shield.
