According to him, it is already clear from the politics in Athens that Tirana is the main tool of the USA in the Western Balkans.
" Rama, during the meeting with the diaspora in Athens, touched on a very delicate issue related to the fact that the independence of Greece is a product of the Albanians. Rama did not mention Bubulina for nothing, an Albanian and a key figure in the independence of Greece. Do you think that the Greeks won their independence? The Albanians gave independence to the Greeks with Bubulina (Laskarina)* and the Arvanites. Rama did very well to mention this fact to the Greeks. All the political leaders who tried for the independence of Greece are Albanian. In fact, they thought they won the independence of Albania, but it was a German king who made the turn. The name Greece was not known at all. He created Otho, a German king. History can no longer be hidden ," said Ngjela for RTSH.
According to him, Rama did very well not to deal with Beler, because he is a man condemned by justice.
" Rama has nothing in his hand about Beler's fate. Greeks are ignorant to make such political demands. Rama has nothing in hand because the Americans are in SPAK. Albanian, Rama has nothing in hand and the Greeks know this very well. But they just play political games. SPAK is in the hands of the Americans. Rama told them that there are many Albanians in Greece. We saw it clearly in the stadium. If you don't have strength, you can't do politics. Rama showed strength in Athens ", said Ngjela.
Lawyer Spartak Ngjela also addressed the issue of whether or not immigrants will vote. According to him, although there is still no political decision on this, the fact that Rama started the tour with the diaspora, the chances are that the prime minister will accept the vote of immigrants for the political leadership in Albania.
" Immigrants carry a large part of the country's development on their shoulders. They pay and have no right to vote? It's something that doesn't last. Every paying citizen has the right to vote. It is likely that immigrants will vote after seeing Rama's movements ," said Ngjela.
