Democratic deputy Flamur Noka said that he would speak today about what he considered to be "the thief who hides Rama in the Prime Minister" referring to former minister Frida Krifca.
Noka said that a tender of 317,000 euros has been announced to investigate abuses of IPARD funds, while IPARD itself has investigated.
According to Noka, this tender was announced to steal to cover the traces of the theft.
"Today I have decided to talk about a hidden thief. I have decided to talk about the thief that Edi Rama hid in the Prime Minister, whose name is Frida Krifca. Do you remember the famous ex-director of the AZHBR, the famous ex-minister which would apparently create the academy of shepherds. And see what they do now, even when it doesn't seem like they steal again. They announced a tender of 317 thousand euros to investigate the abuses of IPARD funds. has investigated them, so they make a bid to steal to cover the traces of the theft. Can this happen anywhere else except in the regime of drug thieves, it does not happen in any other country.
After the abuse of 33 million euros, they were not satisfied, they add another 317 thousand. What are these for? To produce worthless paper? To tell the Albanians that Frida Krifca was not guilty of stealing, but it was the fault of the procedures and the system. What the EU has requested in order to unlock 120 million euros that were frozen due to the theft by Frida and her friends, is to be investigated by justice and responsible to go before the law. Otherwise, the 120 million euro funds are blocked. The EU does not require mockery or bureaucracy as they do. They have asked for a serious state response, not to investigate EU investigations. They have asked for a serious state reaction after being caught stealing, and this reaction is the only condition for recovering 120 million euros.
Who suffers this? Albanian farmers suffer. Albanian farmers also suffer from Frida's thefts, but they are also suffering from the next tender to cover Krifca's thefts. A serious reaction for a government would be for Krifca to go to justice with the entire network of realtors he had set up to steal money from Albanian farmers. In no country in the world does it happen that after such a scandal, when the EU reacts and investigates, a Frida was not brought to justice, but hides in the recesses of the prime minister's office. Recent media reports confirm this. They show that after Frida was caught in a megatheft for our country, she was fortified in a bunker in the prime minister's office to protect her. As we clearly know, this is how Rama separates the thieves, his thieves such as Olta, Beqja, Frida, etc., but also the thieves he no longer needs and declares that they have eaten plums behind their backs. The EU's 120 million euros for farmers do not come because Rama has more Zhan Frida and other fridas than Albanian farmers.
