The case we are publishing proves that the Municipality of Vora is not as poor as the citizens are told, but their taxes are stolen by the leaders of the municipality, through the trick of fictitious tenders they create to fill their pockets and those of their friends.
On August 7, 2023, in the Municipality of Vora, a tender will be held for the purchase of 2 cars for rent, which will be put at the service of the managers of the Waterworks of Vora: one for the manager Ivi Koja and 1 for the finance office, a little bit of both they have cars.
The value of the limit fund of this tender is 57 million ALL with VAT, for 2 cars of the "SUV" brand, for rent for 3 years and to be produced in 2022, while during the 3 years of use they will be maintained by the Municipality of Vora.
The Vora Waterworks does not have enough money to even pay for the office lights, but this fund was granted by the Mayor, Blerim Shera, from the emergency fund, who is also the Chairman of the Assembly of the Vora Waterworks, since this is 100% in owned by the municipality.
According to the mathematical operation, it turns out that the 2 cars for rent, the Vora Water Municipality, will receive 28.5 million lek each, when with the value of the rents they will pay, at least 3 "SUV" cars can be bought zero kilometer clouds.
