The Head of the Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi, has made an important announcement to the Albanian diaspora regarding the distribution of ballots for the 2025 elections.
He confirmed that ballots will be sent to Europe from April 15 to 22 and to other continents from April 15 to 25. Celibashi assured Albanians abroad that they will not have any cost for sending the ballot, as the CEC will pay the postage.
He invited citizens to send their ballots to the CEC within 3 days of receipt, emphasizing the importance of time to ensure that the vote arrives on time.

Once you receive it, send the ballot to the CEC within 3 days of receipt! You won't spend anything – Postage is paid by the CEC.
