In the Vlora Region, the Socialists have also won their 9th mandate, out of a possible 12. The 9th mandate for Rama's SP was won with the votes of the diaspora.
With this mandate, the SP reaches the quota of 83 mandates at the national level. Meanwhile, Berisha's Democrats and its allies in the 'Greater Albania Alliance' coalition have 3 mandates in Vlora.
From the counting of Diaspora votes in the Vlora Region, the Socialist Party received 2,720 votes, which is enough to win its 9th mandate.
So after Fier and Elbasan, the next surprise of the May 11 elections for the Socialist Party is the Vlora Region.
