The Socialist Party candidate for Vlora, Brunilda Mersini, voted this morning.
As she exercised her right to vote, she later declared that this was a significant day, as she was satisfied with the turnout.
"Thank you for the support. It's a significant day, not only for me running as the first woman in this city, but also for my commitment to the people."
"This day is for the city, for the citizens of Vlora, for the good of the city. For the good of Vlora. I think the participation is very good, we are satisfied. Always prosperity, everywhere, not only in Vlora," said Mersini.
Brunilda Mersini is running for the Municipality of Vlora against two independent candidates, Dionis Sota and Gjergji Nika.
