The Supreme Court will examine today in the consultation room the request for the suspension of the execution of the decision given by judge Agron Zhukrit for DP, this request was made by Enkelejd Alibeaj.
The Civil College, composed of judges Enton Dhimitri, Margarita Buhali and Valbona Cekrezi, will make a decision based on the documents.
The decision of the Court of Appeal dated June 11, passed the PD to former Prime Minister Sali Berisha. In its reasoning, the Court of Appeal emphasizes that Lulzim Basha's group was not legitimized as a party in the process with representative Enkelejd Alibeajn, who was authorized in writing by Lulzim Basha.
According to the Appeal, the appeal made by Enkelejd Alibeaj in the conditions when Lulzim Basha had resigned from the presidency of the DP and as such the authorization has lost its legal effects from March 21, 2022, despite the fact that Basha had not submitted his resignation to the court, but according to the Appeal this is a universally known fact.
We remind you that the decision of the Appeal left in force the decision of March 25, 2022, of the former judge Agron Zhukri.
