May 11 elections, Basha calls on citizens: Rama's government system

The leader of the Democratic Party-Euro-Atlantic Democrats, Lulzim Basha, calls for change on May 11, inviting citizens to support his alternative for a more just and developed Albania.

In a post on social media, Basha says that the Euro-Atlantic Democrats' program is ambitious, economic and social, aiming for higher wages, support for the needy, quality education and a more favorable climate for entrepreneurship.

"Albania has extraordinary potential to offer a better future for every Albanian: a place of new opportunities, where young people enjoy high-paying jobs; the needy receive dignified treatment; pensioners enjoy decent support; healthcare is provided according to need, not according to pocket money; quality education for all; entrepreneurship develops in complete freedom from taxi drivers and high taxes, and the middle class is renewed and expanded.

We have carefully designed an ambitious program, in collaboration with the best local and foreign experts, that aims to transform our economic and social reality.

On May 11, we invite you to choose the alternative that protects the well-being of families, encourages entrepreneurship, and offers new opportunities for young people, while fighting corruption and misuse of public resources, to leave behind the system built by the Rama government, which enslaves Albanians by taking everything and giving them nothing.

"Join us on this journey for change, because the future of our country is in the hands of citizens who believe that Albania deserves more," Basha writes.
