"Berisha does not come to power through protests"
Speaking about the early local elections in the country's 6 municipalities, lawyer Spartak Ngjela said that the Democratic Party cannot take any municipality.
Ngjela also commented on the protests that have been announced by Berisha.
" It can't get anything, its polls are low. The DP can't get Tirana. Politics is bipolar, other parties are outside the rules of Western democracy. Democracy is a two-party system. There are two parties all over the world, there are two here too ," he said.
There was also a comment about the protests that have been announced by Berisha.
" Power does not come with protests, but with votes. This is democracy. What will he do with protests, he will make a revolution. Elections are won with votes and not with protests. A NATO country cannot make a revolution. Let him make protests, he will speak there and leave again, it is something normal for a democracy ," he said.
