Spartak Ngjela said that the lack of opposition has given Prime Minister Rama the advantage to choose the names he wants to head the ministries .

Prime Minister Edi Rama has announced the new government cabinet for his fourth term in office today.

Speaking about this, lawyer Spartak Ngjela said that the lack of opposition has given Prime Minister Rama the advantage to choose the names he wants to head the ministries.

" We can't talk about the new ministers in advance, because we have to see how they will work. There is no competition here because the other party doesn't exist. The other party has a leader who is non grata in America. Not having an opposition, Rama feels no fear. This gives the prime minister the opportunity to promote whatever he wants for the future. Who will stop him, there is no opposition here. They are absolute, they don't ask anyone. Rama chooses whoever he wants because there is no competition ," he said on the 'Studio Live' show.

While he focused on the introduction of DP deputies into the Assembly, even though Berisha does not recognize the May 11 elections, he said that they should not go to the Assembly.

The lawyer said that the opposition has spoken about election manipulation, but has not presented any evidence.

" This is a contradiction, because he says how I know the elections. If a politician does not know the elections, he does not enter Parliament. But this one does not know the elections and enters, why does he go outside the doctrine. Why will he go to Parliament because he will gain his privileges. He pretends to be defending his party, as if the votes were stolen. He says the elections were manipulated to show this to his supporters so that he does not leave the post of party chairman. He lost the elections and he must leave. If you say the elections were manipulated, you must present the evidence and take it to a court and the court's decision invalidates the elections. There is a rule, if you lose the elections, you must leave ," he said.
