"I want to thank the police forces again, because they come, they do what they can, but such fires are not dominated only by positive will, nor by prayer. They need equipment, they need support.
I personally tried three days ago to react, sensitize, encouraged by the residents who asked for help for the government to intervene, because if it had intervened three days ago, we would not have this situation. We wouldn't have burnt hotels, we wouldn't have burnt houses, we wouldn't have burnt bars, we wouldn't have empty beaches, that have no legs of tourists who fled yesterday traumatized.
We would have had a completely different situation, but they were busy with their festival, with the propaganda congress, with the internal war, with the scandals to manage, with the robberies that have broken out everywhere, and of course they did not have an eye or hear about the residents of Shengjin and the fire that was threatening them.
