Today marks three months since the murder of Liridona Ademaj, who was cruelly executed by order of her husband Naim Murseli.
Her brother, Leonard Ademaj, has said through a reaction on social networks that the pain keeps increasing and that they are hopeful that justice will not be delayed.
He adds that they are following with deep pain information about trials of murders of girls that have been done with mistakes that lead to retrials or even about cases where women have been physically abused and the perpetrators walk free or are publicly advertised.
After the retrial of the case of Marigona Osmani, Leonard Ademaj said that he hopes that the case of Liridona and other cases will be judged quickly and without mistakes.
"Today is three months since they killed our Liridona. Our growing pain keeps us hopeful that justice will not be delayed. While we mourn our daughter and sister, we are following with deep pain the information about trials of the murders of girls that have been done with mistakes that lead to retrials or even about cases where women have been physically abused and the abusers walk free or are publicly advertised. We sympathize with all the victims and their families. We hope that the case of Liridona and other cases will be judged quickly and without mistakes. The killers of women belong in prison, closed and away from the public eye", wrote Leonard Ademaj.
