One person was killed as a result of an accident on "Lake Road" in Mitrovica and four others were injured.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident and one of the drivers, after receiving medical treatment, was arrested and taken into custody.
The other injured were also sent for medical treatment, while the victim's body was sent to the IML for an autopsy.
"Lake Road, Mitrovica 10.10.2025 – 22:42. It is reported that as a result of a traffic accident that occurred between two vehicles, a Kosovar male lost his life and four others suffered bodily injuries. The victim's death was confirmed by the medical team at Mitrovica Hospital.
The injured were sent for medical treatment. By decision of the prosecutor who was at the scene, the body was sent to the IML for autopsy, while one of the drivers of the vehicles, the Kosovar male suspect, was arrested and taken into custody after medical treatment," the 24-hour police report states.
