This Saturday, the Kosovo Police conducted the third action in the North of Kosovo, this action is related to the September 24 terrorist attack in the village of Banjské in Zveçan.
The raid action started around 10:00 am. The police have made it possible to find a quantity of weapons and explosives in the place known as "Tre Rokaqie" in North Mitrovica.
The news was announced by the deputy director of the Kosovo Police, Veton Elshani.
"Explosive devices and weapons were found and now the EOD team of KFOR is there, we are waiting for further verifications", he said.
The weapons that were found are related to the September 24 terrorist attack. According to Elshan, the action in question is being carried out in four locations in the North.
Among other things, he announced that so far no one has been arrested in connection with these findings and that the action is still ongoing.
