Referring to some reliable information, Security expert Bedri Elezi said that the United States of America (USA) is preparing a plan that will help to normalize the situation in the north of Kosovo.
Invited to A2 CNN, Elezi said that this plan is about taking control of the north of Kosovo by the internationals, a proposal also articulated by Prime Minister Edi Rama.
He said that little by little this plan has started to be implemented and this can be seen quite well with the increase of KFOR forces in the north, where only a day ago 130 soldiers arrived from Romania, but also earlier from Turkey or Great Britain too.
"We have seen a serious effort by the international factor after September 245, the American government has taken serious measures, even made concrete actions and secured the support of other parties, in which case we have 4 delegates in Belgrade to informed Vučić of the consequences that will have, after September 24, when it is now universally known that Vučić was something completely different in appearance and something else inside, and the American ambassador is preparing the opinion for the proposals that are expected to come and of course we will have interesting proposals. Among the proposals that we have information about is the one that corresponds to the idea of the Albanian Prime Minister, Edi Rama, that the north of Mitrovica be transferred to an international protection, or a total protection of KFOR in order to prevent a new escalation of the situation. There are concrete movements, because we have seen that in the north of Mitrovica there are additional forces, Britain, Romania, Turkey, which means that KFOR has a plan to fortify the north", said Elezi on A2 CNN.
