The Deputy Prime Minister of Kosovo, Besnik Bislimi, has said that for Serbia, the request for an Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority is not for the purpose of integrating local Serbs in Kosovo.

These powers will lead to a new Republika Srpska with the aim of territorial division between the Albanian and Serbian territories.
