Blocking international agreements by the opposition, the German ambassador in Kosovo: Big projects are being put at risk

The German ambassador in Kosovo, Jorn Rohde, expressed concern about the disapproval of international agreements. In a post on the "X" platform, Rohde writes that with their disapproval, large energy and agricultural projects are being put at risk.

"Concerned about the continuous disapproval of international agreements in the Assembly that could bring millions of benefits to the citizens of Kosovo. Large energy and agricultural projects between Germany and Kosovo are at risk. A constructive approach is needed from all actors, the opposition must end the blockade" , said the German ambassador in Kosovo.

A few weeks ago, the approval of international agreements failed due to the lack of quorum. The international agreements to be voted on in this session were: Voting on the Draft Law for the ratification of the Financing Agreement between the Republic of Kosovo, represented by the Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers and the European Investment Bank for the project "Rehabilitation of the railway line 10 B ".
