The chairman of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Lumir Abdixhiku, has criticized Prime Minister Albin Kurti for the situation created in the north of Kosovo.
During his speech at today's session of the Assembly, Abdixhiku declared that Kosovo is likely to lose its allies and sovereignty as a result of Prime Minister Kurti's wrong policy. He said that while Kosovo is being attacked by gangs, according to him, Kurti is attacking international friends and allies.
Furthermore, the head of the LDK emphasized that Kosovo has been sanctioned and penalized by the international community like never before.
"In a previously unthinkable unprecedented and rare situation, Kosovo still continues to be attacked by gangs, while the prime minister of Kosovo is in an unfortunate attack on our international friends and allies. As a result, Kosovo has ended up facing tension and the inability to exercise the basic constitutional duties of democratically elected presidents in the north, but it has also ended up with punishment, sanctions and international criminality on a scale never seen before.
These reactions of Secretary Blinken, of the European Union, of NATO and the most friendly countries of Kosovo against our country in a just cause are the bad consequences of the diplomatic and strategic actions of a single man, the one who today holds the post of the Prime Minister of Kosovo. Not only without allies, but also with allies against us, our country is unlikely to maintain either sovereignty, integrity or stability. Our country is likely to lose allies and sovereignty. Albin Kurti is sending us this route today. Even without allies and without sovereignty", said the chairman of LDK.
