Vučič said that the Serbian Parliament will soon vote on the declaration of Kosovo and Metohija as an autonomous region.

Vučič also proposed the idea of setting up a special Prosecutor's Office, which according to him will deal specifically with cases of human rights violations by the Kosovo police in the North.
" It has been agreed that within 45 days the People's Assembly of the Republic of Serbia will adopt the Law on the Organization of Competences of the Judicial Bodies of the Republic of Serbia for the Autonomous Province of Kosovo and Metohija, which will establish a special Prosecutor's Office for the prosecution of abuses and violations of fundamental human rights, usurpation of property, threats to the bodily integrity and dignity of the citizens of the Republic of Serbia in the area of Kosovo and Metohija. The prosecutor's office will have the special task of investigating and prosecuting criminal and illegal offenses of employees and officials of temporary institutions in Pristina ," he said.
