A business meeting held in the village of Katund i Ri between several names in the Albanian criminal world led to the "flash" intervention of police forces, which arrested 11 people.
But the peaceful discussion of this meeting was disrupted precisely by a phone call that arrived at the police station in Elbasan, informing that among a group of people there were some who were armed.
Police forces went to the scene, intervening and disrupting this meeting, where after physical confrontations, 11 people were escorted out, including Maksim Suçi alias Lika from Kamza, who is known to the criminal police as a close friend of Emiljano Shullazi, against whom SPAK has imposed 3 security measures "Arrest with imprisonment".
Journalist Elton Qyno was able to obtain a photo of Maksim Suçi and another person arrested by the police, Ervin Cani, who was at the place where the 11 people had gathered.
It is not known exactly what the purpose of the meeting was among those present, but according to the police, something important was up for discussion, which led to the planning of this meeting.
Some of the detainees have been arrested for the criminal offense of "Resisting police forces."
Meanwhile, the list of people arrested on charges of illegal possession of weapons continues with Ervis Cani, Maksim Suçi's companion, Endri Doda and Akil Kërtusha.
All 11 people were detained after being questioned by the Elbasan police.
In the coming days, they are expected to appear before the Elbasan court to be informed of the security measures that the prosecutor's office representative will request.
