Today, in the Basic Court in Pristina, the court session is being held against the husband of Liridona Ademaj, Naim Murseli, as the organizer of the murder, and his collaborators Granit Plava and Kushtrim Kokalla, a member of the FSK.
Ademaj's brother was also present. The latter tried to submit the request for the exhumation of his sister's body.
This is after the victim was buried in her husband's hometown, and after discovering that Naim Murseli organized her murder, the family demands that the young woman be buried in her hometown.
After the end of the session, the preliminary procedure judge is expected to assign one month of detention to the suspects.
30 thousand euros was the amount that Naim Murseli had promised for the murder of his wife, Liridona Ademajt. Granit Plava, who was arrested as the executor of the crime, stated that he received 15,000 euros from the client, while he was promised that he would receive another 15,000 euros.
A member of the KSF, who is also Naim Murseli's nephew, Kushtrim Kokalla, was also arrested for this crime.
Meanwhile, the lawyers Ahmet Gjinovci and Skënder Gojani of the two suspects, Granit Plava and Kushtrim Kokalla, for the murder of Liridona Ademaj, did not declare to the media before the first hearing where Liridona's husband, Naim Murseli, also appeared before the court.
Gojani announced only that his client, Granit Plava, has been protected in silence.
Naim Murseli himself avoided the media and entered the court through another entrance.
Meanwhile, there is still no information if they are in court or if they will bring two other suspects, Granit Plavës and Kushtrim Kokalla, a member of the KSF.
The session is scheduled to start at 09:30 and Liridona Ademjaj's brother, Leonardi, has also arrived there.
After this serious event, there were many reactions from institutions and civil society. Meanwhile, the Collective for Feminist Thought and Action, together with independent feminist activists, will organize a symbolic action near the Palace of Justice, where the court session will take place.
