Businessman Behgjet Pacolli has reacted publicly after statements made in the hearing by Naim Murseli, accused of murdering his wife, Liridona Murseli, regarding a debt contract of 100 thousand euros.
During the court session held on Wednesday, where Murseli is continuing his defense, he confirmed the existence of a preliminary debt contract between him and Pacolli, emphasizing that the amount had been repaid "in other ways."
" Yes, this is a debt contract. It's true between me and Mr. Pacolli, the amount is 100 thousand euros and it says here there is an annual interest rate of 0%, and it doesn't indicate the repayment term of the debt. It existed, but it was repaid in other ways ," Murseli declared before the trial panel.
He also requested from the Court to be allowed to communicate with businessman Pacolli, a request which was not approved. Pacolli himself reacted on social media giving his version.
" A hearing was held today as part of the court process against Naim Murseli. Among other things, a loan guaranteed by me for the Murseli family (Liridona and Naimi) was discussed."
Today, many media outlets interested in this issue requested information and, in this context, it was clarified that the Murseli family, at that time, had purchased a bar in Uddevalla, where the late Liridona had also worked.
From this loan, the Murseli family has returned less than 12,000 euros in cash, but Naimi, at that time, also performed work at KOMPENSIM, mainly in maintaining the websites of the Mabetex group companies, the BP Foundation and several social media platforms. I do not believe that this amount has been returned in full, but on my part there was no threat of any urgent return , "he says.
