The chairman of the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK), Memli Krasniqi, has reacted after the release of three policemen kidnapped by Serbia.
He thanked the internationals who, according to him, got involved and played a decisive role in this process. Krasniqi says that now the next step is the return of normality in the north of Kosovo.
"The release of three policemen from arbitrary detention in Serbia - Rifat Zeke, Beqir Sefe and Shemsi Mustafa, although rather late, is good news for their families and for the citizens of our country. I thank all our international friends, who engaged and played a decisive role in this process. Now, it is the turn to escalate the situation in the northern part of the country and to restore normality there, through measured and responsible political actions," he writes .
