Two powerful explosions occurred yesterday evening in North Mitrovica, the Kosovo police announced.
The police announced that a woman reported to the police station that two explosive devices, shock bombs, were thrown in her yard.
"The Kosovar female victim reported that two explosions were heard in her backyard during the night. The relevant police units have gone to the scene and according to the scene, it is observed that in the victim's yard, two explosive devices (shock bombs) were allegedly fired, where as a result there were no injured persons or material damage", the police informs .
Regarding the case, the prosecutor has been notified, who has described the incident as accidental and continues to investigate.
