The former President of Kosovo, Behgjet Pacolli, has shown why he did not participate today in the reburial of Liridona Ademaj.
Pacolli has said that he is on a visit to China, but that his family members and associates continue to stay close to Liridona's family.
While he added that Liridona will always be in our memory.
" Liridona's family had to go through yet another pain today from her reburial under tragic circumstances. My thoughts and prayers are with Liridona's family who must suffer the pain of a terrible crime and with her children who were so much attached to her mother and were not present today.
I could not participate today in Liridona's reburial ceremony, because I am on a visit to the far east of China (my family members and co-workers continue to stay close to Liridona's family and after returning this applies to me as well).
My family and I knew Liridona personally and we had a good friendship with her, she will always be in our memory.
May Liridona rest in peace and may her family find the strength to overcome pain ," wrote Pacolli.
