The process of counting postal votes from the December 28, 2025 parliamentary elections in Kosovo is continuing at a steady pace. So far, about 30.43% of the total votes received from the diaspora have been processed, while preliminary results show an absolute dominance of the Vetëvendosje Movement.
According to data published by the Central Election Commission, Vetëvendosje leads convincingly with 70.69% of votes counted by mail, confirming the massive support of immigrants for this political entity in this election cycle as well.
In second place is the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) with 10.59%, while the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) has so far received 8.83% of the vote. The Alliance for the Future of Kosovo (AAK) follows with 8.27%, while smaller parties have received lower percentages, without any real impact on the overall ranking.
This trend of postal voting reinforces the perception that the diaspora remains a bastion of Vetëvendosje, while counting is expected to continue in the coming days to fully finalize the results from abroad.
