The Government of the Republic of Kosovo has approved the decision to increase the minimum wage, defining two new phases of increase during 2026.

According to official decision number 10/273, dated October 31, 2025, signed by the acting Prime Minister Albin Kurti, the minimum wage will be: 425 euros gross starting from January 1, 2026, for a regular full-time job and 500 euros gross starting from July 1, 2026, also for regular full-time work.

With this decision: The Ministry of Finance, Labor and Transfers, the Kosovo Tax Administration and the Labor Inspectorate are obliged to implement it.

This decision enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Kosovo.
