The Kosovo Prosecutor's Office has disclosed new details regarding the murder of Liridona Ademaj-Muresli, who was killed as a result of the assassination plot by her husband, Naim Murseli.
In the prosecutor's file, it is mentioned that around 20:25 in the village of Bërnica, the perpetrator of the crime, Granit Plava, appeared in front of the car in which the victim was traveling in a mask and shot him in the neck. The prosecution also describes other details that show the staging of a robbery, while it is suspected to be a paid murder.
The prosecution has also set the security measure for the three suspected perpetrators Naim Murseli, Granit Plava and Kushtrim Kokalla, clarifying the role of each one in the crime. According to the prosecution, Naim Murseli agreed with Granit Plava that when he comes out with a mask, he will shoot Liridona with a gun, while he and the two children leave the scene.
Liridona died at the scene from the wound she received. According to the file, Granit Plava was promised a sum of 30,000 euros by Naimi to carry out the murder. According to the file, Naim Murseli had told his family member Kushtrim Kokalla about his marital problems, the latter a member of the Kosovo Security Forces, while the same is alleged to have told him that "I solved this matter".
During the conversation, the file also contains other details that raise suspicions that it was precisely the suspect Kushtrim Kokalla who together with Naim Murseli had agreed on a staged accident.
