It has been three years since the acting director of the Kosovo Insurance Bureau (BKS), Shefik Gerbovci, was part of the software development and acceptance game as the director of the information center of the BKS.
Until 'Pamfleti' reported that the software of the company Quantix was specially made for Besarb Blake and Sami Mazrek, the latter then director of BKS.
Blakaj, as the head of the Administrative Council of the Kosovo Insurance Bureau, is not only supposed to have received money from 'Quantix', but also ordered it so that the interventions are not recorded, no erasure or alternation of data, and the worst is that in every moment was able to acquire the identities of every citizen, as "Pamfleti" reported earlier, and in this direction the main assistant was the current director of BKS, Shefik Gerbovc.
The TPL market reaches somewhere around 100 million euros. What are 10% or 10 million euros to be deleted from the database.
Did Besarb Blakë fall prey to Ismaili, the governor of the CBK, with the election of Shefik Gerbovc, who promised not to affect the system, nor the criminal decisions of Sami Mazrek (former director of the CBK)?

'Pamphlet' has requested from the Central Bank of Kosovo the report of an examination focused on BKS, which started in May and ended in September of 2023.
According to the law on access to official documents, full transparency in this document - report of the CBK on the BKS, has not been made available to the Pamphlet.
We have also filed a complaint with the Information and Privacy Agency regarding the denial of access to the official document - the examination report from the CBK and we are waiting for an answer since April 23. It seems that AIP is also trying to hide the crime.
The 'Pamphlet' has provided some data from the CBK examination report, which as a document is official and definitive.
From the same, it results that it is recommended to scan network vulnerabilities and "penetration testing" at least once a year, as well as to immediately improve the vulnerabilities identified in these reports.
We have also realized that the Central Bank has determined that there is not enough information about the work continuity plan in case of interruption as a result of any disaster.
The pamphlet requested an answer regarding this report from Gerbovci, especially regarding the danger of the software being able to delete, alter notes, or manipulate them financially.
