Today, the second round of local elections is taking place in 18 municipalities in Kosovo, where citizens will elect their mayors.
The run-off is being held in 18 municipalities in the country, including: Gjakova, Gjilan, Dragash, Kaçanik, Klina, Fushë Kosova, South Mitrovica, Obiliq, Rahovec, Peja, Prishtina, Prizren, Suhareka, Viti, Vushtrri, Junik, Mamushë and Kllokot.
In these municipalities, citizens will have the opportunity to choose between the two most voted candidates from the first round of local elections.
According to the latest data from the Central Election Commission (CEC), updated at 14:00, voter turnout as of this hour is 13.46 percent. A total of 177,225 eligible citizens have voted so far.
